Terms of Service
Last updated: July 15, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Vino platform operated by Vino ("we," "our," or "us"). By using Vino, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service Description
Vino is a wedding messaging concierge platform. We provide wedding hosts with tools to manage guest communications, logistics, payments and memories through automated text-based conversations. The service includes an admin dashboard, automated guest responses, payment link generation, broadcast messaging and media collection features.
Where available, Vino may support guest communication by SMS or WhatsApp. Guests only receive messages after opting in to the channel chosen by the couple and may opt out at any time by replying STOP. The same consent, opt-out and data-handling obligations apply to both channels.
2. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use Vino.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to:
- Only add guests to your wedding who have consented to receive SMS messages (see SMS Consent Policy)
- Not use Vino for spam, harassment or any unlawful purpose
- Not send messages that violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Provide accurate guest information
- Comply with all applicable telecommunications regulations including TCPA (US), CASL (Canada) and GDPR (EU)
You further agree not to:
- Use Vino to send marketing, promotional, political or fundraising messages of any kind
- Upload numbers obtained from a purchased, scraped, rented or otherwise third-party list
- Upload fabricated, placeholder or randomly generated names or phone numbers
- Use Vino for any purpose other than communicating with the guests of a genuine wedding or event you are hosting
- Create multiple accounts to circumvent trial limits, guest limits or a prior suspension
- Attempt to test, probe or circumvent any limit, filter or safeguard in the service
Misuse of Vino will result in immediate suspension or termination of your account and the cessation of all message delivery, without notice and without refund. We determine misuse at our sole discretion. A suspension may occur before, during or after your event. Where we reasonably believe a violation has occurred, we may also retain and disclose relevant account and message records to our carriers, to law enforcement or as otherwise required by law.
4. SMS Messaging & Compliance
As a wedding host using Vino, you are the sender of SMS messages to your guests. You are responsible for:
- Obtaining proper consent from each guest before adding them to the platform
- Providing guests with a way to opt out of messages
- Ensuring compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and any other applicable messaging regulations
- Not adding phone numbers of individuals who have not consented to receive wedding-related SMS messages
Vino provides the Guest Consent Form to help you collect opt-in consent from your guests.
5. Automated Responses
Vino uses automated systems, including artificial intelligence technology, to generate responses to guest messages. While we strive for accuracy, automated responses may occasionally contain errors. Wedding hosts should review the information provided to Vino (schedule, venue details, room assignments) to ensure accuracy. Vino is not liable for any inaccuracies in automated responses.
6. Message Monitoring
All SMS conversations between guests and Vino are stored and may be reviewed by Vino staff only as needed for troubleshooting, quality assurance and support. Guest messages are sent to Anthropic solely to generate responses and are not used to train Anthropic's AI models. By using Vino, you acknowledge and consent to this monitoring. You are responsible for informing your guests that their messages are automated and may be reviewed by Vino staff (see SMS Consent Policy).
7. Payments
Subscription fees are one-time payments processed by Stripe. All prices are in USD. No refunds are provided after your wedding concierge has been activated and guests have been contacted. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis if requested before any messages are sent.
No refund is given where an account is suspended or terminated for a violation of Section 3 (Acceptable Use). This applies regardless of how much of the service has been used and regardless of whether any messages were sent.
Payment links generated through Vino for guest payments (room costs, excursions, etc.) are processed by Stripe on behalf of the wedding host. Vino does not handle or store payment card information.
8. Intellectual Property
Vino and its original content, features and functionality are owned by Vino and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. Your wedding data (guest lists, messages, photos, voice recordings) remains your property.
9. Data & Privacy
Your use of Vino is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Vino, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Limitation of Liability
Vino is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:
- SMS delivery failures caused by carrier issues
- Inaccurate automated responses based on incorrect information provided by the wedding host
- Any damages arising from the use or inability to use the service
- Guest actions or decisions based on information provided by the concierge
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account, immediately and without notice, if you violate these Terms - including any part of Section 3 (Acceptable Use). Suspension stops all message delivery at once, including messages already scheduled. No refund is given in these circumstances (see Section 7). You may cancel your account at any time by contacting [email protected].
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
