FAQ

Common planner
questions.

What can vendors actually ask?
Anything covered by the wedding details you enter: schedule and timings, venue address and directions, parking, load-in and dock access, power and setup notes, day-of changes. If the answer isn't in your details, Vino says so plainly and offers to check with you.
Can vendors see any guest information?
No. Vendor conversations have an absolute privacy wall - no guest names, phone numbers, addresses, RSVP or dietary details, ever. Headcounts you've put in the wedding details are fine; people are not.
How do broadcast credits work?
One credit is one recipient per message - a broadcast to 12 vendors uses 12 credits. 600 credits come included, which is roughly 30 full-roster sends on a 20-vendor wedding. Vendor questions never use credits.
Is this a subscription?
No. $49 once per wedding. Seat and credit top-ups are one-time purchases inside the dashboard.
What does my couple see if I share the client link?
Their wedding: guests, schedule, RSVPs and broadcasts once guest seats are added. They never see your vendor roster, vendor conversations or your purchases - and they can't change your login.
Do I need the couple's buy-in to start?
No. The vendor side is your tool - many planners run it without the couple ever logging in. The guest side is optional and can be added any time from the dashboard.
