Are the save-the-dates free?
Yes, free with every plan - Wedding Textline ($149) or Wedding Concierge. There's no extra charge for the designs or the cards. Sending uses your plan's included broadcast messages.
What can we personalize?
Your names, date and place, plus each guest's names on their envelope. Guests in the same group share one card. You pick the design, the script for your names, the date format and, on envelope designs, the envelope color and liner.
When is it ready?
As soon as your wedding is set up. Pick a design in your dashboard, preview the card any guest will get and save it - there's nothing to wait for.
How do we send it?
By text, from your dashboard. Every guest gets their own link. The card opens in their phone's browser - no app.
Does sending it use broadcast messages?
Yes, one per guest. Textline includes 1,000 broadcast messages and Concierge includes more, based on your guest count. Replies to guests' questions never use them.
Can we keep our wedding website?
Yes. AskVino works alongside it. Setup can even read your wedding details straight from it.
Can we start with Textline and upgrade later?
Yes, any time from your dashboard. Your $149 counts toward Concierge, so there's no extra cost to switch.
How long does it stay active?
From setup through 7 days after your wedding. Your guests' photos, videos and voice memories stay in your dashboard after that.
