Quick questions
How do guests reach Vino?
Add your guests - paste them from a spreadsheet or one by one - and send a welcome text from your dashboard, or share Vino's number with your unique wedding code on your invitations or website. Guests text the code once and Vino knows it's your wedding.
Can we start with Textline and upgrade later?
Yes. Start with Textline and upgrade any time from your dashboard. Your $149 counts toward Concierge, so there's no extra cost to switch - you only pay the difference for rooms, events, travel and payments.
Can we invite only some guests to an event?
Yes. Each event is for everyone or for guests you pick, from a bachelorette weekend weeks before to the farewell brunch. Vino only tells invited guests about it, and they RSVP by text, with a deadline if you set one.
Does this work with my Zola or Joy wedding website?
Yes. Keep whatever wedding website you already have. AskVino is the texting layer on top - guests text our number for answers, your website stays your visual story.
Do guests need to download an app?
No. Guests text a regular phone number by SMS or WhatsApp. No downloads, no logins, no accounts. Works on every phone.
What if we already sent save-the-dates?
No problem. AskVino picks up anywhere in the journey - RSVPs, invites, logistics or wedding-week only. Most couples start 3 to 6 months before the wedding, but any time works.
What happens if guests ask something unusual?
AskVino flags it for you in the dashboard. You see the question, decide the answer and AskVino texts it back from the same number.
How does multilingual really work?
Every guest texts in their own language. Your German mother-in-law gets replies in German, your Italian cousin in Italian, your American friends in English - all from the same number. 20+ languages supported.
Can guests choose their own rooms?
Yes. Share one link showing every room with photos and prices. Guests claim their room first-come-first-served by text, and you send the payment link from your dashboard. Prefer to assign rooms yourself? That works too - either way, your rooming list builds itself.
